More than 2 years ago, in a collision which involved a motorcycle and a car, Andrzej suffered multiple organ trauma, including intracranial hemorrhage, glenohumeral joint injury and an open fracture of the left calf. Amputation was the proposed solution to the diagnosis of a pilon fracture at the bottom of the tibia, an injured talocrural joint and osteitis. However, our team offered a different solution.
We are orthopedists with many years of experience in treating patients with complex skeletal system problems. We specialize in surgical procedures related to bone lengthening and shortening. These medical procedures are among the most complex ones in the world; therefore, we collaborate with the world’s best clinic in this field, Paley Orthopedic & Spine Institute, St. Mary’s Medical Center, West Palm Beach, Florida, USA. We accumulated our knowledge and developed our skills through internships and then during practical surgical collaboration with Dr. D. Paley and Dr. D. Feldman.
